Global Warming in Trinidad

It is supposed to be the dry season here, but it still rains almost daily, and last Saturday it poured, and poured and poured. Unfortunately, that was the day we chose to go to Maracas Beach - the most popular beach in Trinidad. After an hour of driving on windy roads, we arrived. The clouds were rolling in over the Caribbean Sea and visibility was poor. Nonetheless, David and Patrick ventured out into the ocean and rodes waves. Tim ordered and ate the famous "Shark & Bake" and loved it. Catherine and I returned like wilted flowers. We have no pictures to show because we didn't want to wet the camera. Next time!
